Meet DJ Helen
Music has always been part of Helen's story. Growing up in a family of DJs—including her grandfather, father and two brothers—she was never far from a dancefloor. Her love of music began early, taking charge of the playlist (and the microphone!) at her own fourth birthday party.
With a Performing Arts degree from Middlesex University in the UK and more than 25 years' experience as a professional DJ, Helen has entertained at weddings and events across the UK and Australia. Since 2011, she's been creating celebrations throughout South East Queensland that feel genuine, relaxed and uniquely personal.
Helen is known for her warm, approachable nature and her ability to make couples feel completely at ease. She takes the time to get to know you, understand your vision and create a soundtrack that reflects your personalities, not just a playlist of popular songs.
Believing that the best weddings bring every generation together, Helen carefully reads the room and adapts throughout the celebration—creating those magical moments where grandparents, parents and friends all find themselves on the dancefloor together.
